USA
We ship to the 48 contiguous United States, Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping prices and times vary by preferences selected at checkout. Information is based on data provided by USPS. We are not liable for misinformation reflected below.
We do our best to ship items next business day.
Available shipping options (all shipping times are an estimate and not guaranteed):
- USPS Ground Advantage (formerly First-Class Mail): 2-5 business days. Tracking provided.
- Priority Mail: 1-3 business days. Tracking provided.
- Free USPS Ground Advantage (formerly First-Class Mail): Valid on eligible orders over $50.00 (before taxes and after discounts are applied) and is automatically applied. 2-5 business days. Tracking provided.
AppleFallsPrints is not liable for any products damaged, stolen or lost during shipping.
International
Unfortunately, we do not ship outside the U.S.
Shipment Processing Time
Because our products are handmade, processing time can be anywhere from 3-5 Business Days. Holiday processing and shipping time may be longer due to a higher volume of orders. If a design is in stock, we will ship it as soon as possible.
What happens if my purchase went to the wrong shipping address / I accidentally entered the wrong address for shipping?
We know sometimes accidents happen! In this situation, we can offer two options.
- The first option is that we can wait for the original order to arrive back here before sending out another order. We will have to charge an additional shipping fee in this instance, and we will send a new invoice for a new shipping label once we have received the returned item(s).
- The other option is that a completely new order can be placed. Once we receive the original package back, we will refund the cost of the initial order — minus the original shipping charge. This is usually the preferred method.
General Policies
It is your responsibility to provide us with the correct shipping address when you checkout.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes
While we currently do ship to P.O. boxes, we do not cover the costs of re-shipping a returned package. This also applies to Free Shipping. Please note that P.O. boxes will return packages to us that are unclaimed after 15 days of arrival.
Shipment to APO/FPO Addresses
We do not ship to APO (Army Post Office)/FPO (Fleet Post Office) addresses.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive shipping confirmation and order tracking once your package ships.
Damaged, Missing & Stolen Packages
AppleFallsPrints is not liable for any products damaged, stolen or lost during shipping.
If an item is marked as delivered, but the buyer/receiver has not received that item, here are a few recommended steps to take:
- Check with neighbors to see if the package was left with them.
- Check with family members — sometimes someone else in the household will get the package and put it out of plain sight.
- Ask the delivery postal worker (if you see them) where they left the package.
- The best option is to call your local post office to see if it is sitting there. If not, ask them to check their delivery GPS to find out exactly where it was delivered. If it has been over 24 hours from the 'delivered' status, to save time a service request may be sent by email to your local Post Office facility for follow-up. You will receive a confirmation number and a contact within 2-3 business days.
If the package still cannot be located:
- File a police report with the local police department.
- Report the theft to the United States Postal Inspection Service.
